Many physical issues in the body can also happen from unhealthy foods. Diabetic children are becoming more and more common these days. It is much easier to break bones in your body when you are not getting proper nutrition. Sleep apnea is showing up in many more kids than ever before, this is believed to be caused by the obesity. A poor diet can also increase the risk of developing gall bladder disease, and cause a lot of dental issues.

Many kids experience depression issues. These depression issues are mainly caused from a low self-esteem. The fact that they are obese, have low energy, and are lacking vitamins and minerals good for their brain, causes them to feel negatively.

A proper diet can improve the abilities of a child increasingly. Studies have actually recorded that children eating healthy are able to read at a level much higher than average. Some studies showed that the reading abilities of some kids were over four grades higher than their own level.
